Payment

  • Deposit: We require a 50% down payment which is non-refundable. This down payment secures your slot and under no circumstances will it be refunded.

  • Payment plans: We accept payment plans! We just need the 50% as stated above then at least monthly payments of $100.

  • Late payments: If your payment is late without letting us know in advance then a late fee of $20 will apply. We are very flexible on payments so if you let us know whats happening then we would be more than happy to allow you some more time.

  • Accepted payments: We only accept PayPal. If you design gets accepted we will send you an invoice for easy payment.

  • PayPal fees: You do not need to pay the PayPal fee, but we do accept tips if you'd like to cover that for us.

General

  • Minors: We will not work with anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 18 we will need parental permission.

  • Designs: We will not make excessively complex designs. Also, there re a limited amount of fur colours available to me, I will do my best to match the fur colour, however, it may not be exact. All colours must be accepted by you before we begin.

  • Completion time: We will do our best to complete your suit quickly. Our completion times are an estimate and are subject to change at any time, for any reason. If you need a suit before a certain time we may add on a rush fee.

  • Delays: There could be delays in the completion of your suit. I am a high school student and must focus on that first. Additionally, this is not a full time job, I work as much as I can but I still need some time off.

  • Your fur: If you need a certain fur colour we are more than happy to have you send us the fur you need us to use, but, it will not lower the cost of the suit.

Shipping

  • ​We are located in Australia so international shipping will add onto the cost. Please keep this in mind when commission us. Shipping costs are not added onto the quote and will be calculated once your suit is completed. We can ship anywhere! 

  • Once the post office has the parcel it is no longer our responsibility. If the post loses of damages your package it is not our fault.

  • Keep in mind that your country may charge import fees. These are your responsibility.

  • Once your package is at the post office I will provide a tracking number, you can use the AusPost website or app to track your package.
