Where are you located?/Where is my package being shipped from?

I am located in Australia and ship all my packages using AusPost. Please keep with in mind when commissioning me as shipping can cost a bit more if you are not in Australia also.

Who works at Speckled Studios?

Just me! This is a one man team. Occasionally my boyfriend may help with smaller tasks but I do most/if not all the work.

Why does everything take so long?

As stated above, I am working alone. I am also still in high school which I need to focus on first, I would love for suit making to be a full time job when I am out of school though! Additionally, I don't have a sewing machine that works well with fur so everything is being hand sewn for now.

Do you accept payment plans?

Yes I do! All I need is 50% up front (which is non-refundable) and then we can discuss a personal plan. Otherwise I usually accept at least $100 a month until it's fully paid. Suits will not be shipped off until the suit is entirely paid off and the shipping fee is paid as well.

How can I pay?

I only accept PayPal. If your design gets accepted I will contact you to get your PayPal email. Then an invoice will be sent, these are easy to pay. You do not need to cover the PayPal fee, however if you'd like to add a tip to cover it that would be appreciated!

Do I need a reference sheet?

Yes! I need a clear, digital reference sheet. If not then I may need to decline your commission.

I have allergies! Do you have pets?

I have a dog. He doesn't come into my room often but his fur does travel. If you have serious allergies you may want to look elsewhere.

Do you do repairs?

Yes! Your suit is covered within the first 30 days of it getting to you. If it doesn't fit or something happens I will fix it as long as you pay the shipping fee to get it to me. If you have caused the damage I will need to charge a fee to repair it. After the 30 days if you need your suit fixed I can either offer advice, or you can pay a fee and I can fix it.
